Jay has extensive experience in building and sustaining a successful business, specifically in the IT industry. She has been able to maintain this business for over 28 years. She has experience in building an organization from the ground up, and have served as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations. She also has experience in teaching, as a professor at GMU and UMUC. Additionally, she has experience managing all aspects of an IT business, including federal and commercial IT services and managing accounts, clients, and relationships within the industry. Recently she has been helping various organizations in mentoring CEOs and setting up proper business processes.
