President: Rosemary Tran Lauer: rosemary@devotiontochildren.org

Rosemary Tran Lauer came to the U.S. in 1975 from Vietnam as a single mother with two young children. With no formal college education and speaking little English, she worked several jobs, relying on welfare programs and friends to help care for her children while she worked tirelessly to become financially independent. In 2001, Rosemary entered the real estate industry where she became a commercial realtor with Long and Foster.

Before becoming a commercial realtor, Rosemary founded Devotion To Children, a 501(c)3 non profit organization, in 1994 to help provide access to high-quality educational and childcare programs for children under six from economically disadvantaged families. To date, DTC has helped raised several hundred thousands of dollars to help improve the lives of young children and their families throughout the region.

In 2013, Rosemary released her memoir “Beggars or Angels”, and had all the proceeds go to help her cause at Devotion to Children.

In 2015, Rosemary became the Owner and President of both Tetra Global Real Estate, LLC & The Tetra Partnerships.

Rosemary has received several awards and recognitions over the past few years for the tremendous work she has done. She was most recently recognized as a Legacy Driven Leader by SOAR Community Network in May 2016.
